Our services and these terms
These terms govern use of Siam Smart Home Co., Ltd.'s website, apps, digital tools and related services, including Siam Smart Home YouTube CLI. By using these services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization or channel owner, you must have authority to do so. Specific signed agreements govern project scope, prices, installation, support, warranties and service levels; these general terms do not cancel those commitments or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use only accounts, equipment and data you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in details, grant the minimum access needed, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt services, distribute malicious software, infringe others' rights, or use monitoring and automation unlawfully. Property operators are responsible for appropriate notices and permissions for residents, visitors and staff. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through general inquiry forms.
Installation, operation and support
Capabilities depend on installed hardware, power, networking, configuration and third-party services. Some functions operate locally; remote access and integrations may require internet or vendor availability. Maintain agreed maintenance and safe manual alternatives. Smart-home features are not a substitute for required safety systems, emergency services, or professional judgment. Support hours, response targets, site visits, charges and warranty coverage apply as agreed for your project; no unlimited or round-the-clock service is implied by this website.
Your content and integrations
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize us to process it only as needed to perform the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. You must have the necessary rights to upload, share, record or manage that content. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and fees. Enabling an integration does not grant us general permission to publish or delete your content; actions must follow your authorized instructions.
Google and YouTube tools
Siam Smart Home YouTube CLI is a private operator tool for the authorized Siam Smart Home channel, not a public service for connecting arbitrary channels. It uses YouTube API Services. By using this tool, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service as well as these terms and our Privacy Policy. Google authorization is limited to approved scopes and may be withdrawn through your Google Account. API quotas, account permissions and Google policies may restrict or interrupt functionality. Google and YouTube do not sponsor or endorse this tool.
Availability, changes and ending access
We may maintain, update or discontinue digital features, or restrict access to address misuse, security incidents, legal requirements or the end of an agreed service. We will follow applicable agreements and law, including any required notice. You may stop using an optional tool or revoke an integration; ending an integration does not automatically cancel a separate project contract or delete every retained record. Contact us about export, deletion or transition requirements. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Updates will be dated on this page; material changes will receive additional notice or consent where required. English and Thai versions are intended to have equivalent meaning. Please contact us if clarification is needed.
